
SatHarbor successfully collaborated with China’s National Marine Environmental Forecast Center to equip the research the mother ship of the deep-sea submersible—with a state-of-the-art C-band satellite communication system. The project featured the installation of a 2.4-meter maritime stabilized antenna along with the Vipersat satellite network management system, providing reliable connectivity for both operational communication and onboard internet access.
This solution ensured seamless communication between the vessel and the forecast center during expeditions, empowering researchers with uninterrupted data exchange and enabling efficient collaboration at sea. SatHarbor’s advanced maritime communication expertise contributed to the success of China's deep-sea exploration, supporting critical scientific missions with robust and reliable technology.
